The Man Behind the Meals
Born and raised in Orange County, CA. Phat has lost 90 lbs. Phat has been cooking and meal prepping for several years and perfecting these meals to be as good right out the microwave as they are fresh off the grill. Having delicious food that you can look forward to eating and easy to stick to is a key essential piece for success in any weight loss journey.
